Institutional Cooking - Certificate

Accredited by Saskatchewan Polytechnic and Saskatchewan Apprenticeship & Trades Certification Commission (SATCC).

This unique program provides the knowledge and trade skills needed for preparing and serving food in commercial and institutional settings.

Students acquire skills in the following areas:

  • Baking
  • Stocks, soups and sauces
  • Breakfast and dairy
  • Basic cooking principles
  • Safety and sanitation
  • Tools and equipment
