We are currently recruiting for an Adult Essential Skills Level 1 & 2 Instructor who will provide instruction and tutorial support to adults registered in the program.  Areas of instruction include math, reading, writing, science, computer skills, and life skills. 
 
Additional duties include; classroom management; taking attendance and submitting on a regular basis; monitoring student progress and submitting reports on a regular basis; and other duties as assigned.
 
The minimal qualifications for this position are minimal qualifications for this position are; Bachelor of Education Degree; Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate; instructional experiences in a cross-cultural adult education setting; strong planning, organizational and classroom management skills. A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.

We are currently recruiting for an ABE Level 3 (Adult 10) Instructor who will provide instruction and tutorial support to adults registered in the program.  Areas of instruction may include, but are not limited to: Life/Work Studies, Communications, Science, Mathematics, and Social Sciences. Areas of study focus on a basic level education leading to certificate at the Grade 10 level.
 Additional duties include:
•  classroom management;
•  taking attendance and submitting it on a regular basis; 
•  monitoring student progress and submitting reports on a regular basis; and
•  other duties as assigned.
 
The minimal qualifications for this position are:
•  a Bachelor or Education Degree;
•  a Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate; and
•  experience teaching math and science at a Grade 10 level.
•  A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.
 
The successful candidate may be eligible for housing assistance as per Northlands College Policy #204.
